A great way to limit most of those delicious grains, legumes, fruits, bread, sweets, pasta, and starchy vegetables that we all love to indulge in, is with Low-carb diet recipes. However, some low-carb diets will allow small amounts of certain fruits, grains, and veggies. Also, keep in mind that when you suddenly cut out carbs from your diet, you may experience a variety of temporary health effects, such as muscle cramps (the worse!), fatigue, bad breath, etc. I learned the hard way!
